🐾 ARTT Guest Presentation – Raising Awareness for Animal Rescue 🐶🐱

Today, our school was delighted to welcome ARTT – Animal Rescue Team Taiwan for a meaningful guest presentation for our students and teachers. As part of Grade 4’s Unit of Inquiry, How We Organize Ourselves, the ARTT team shared real-life experiences of rescuing, caring for, and rehoming stray cats and dogs in Taiwan.

Through engaging stories and practical examples, students learned how non-profit organizations are formed to respond to community needs and discovered the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and compassion in action 💛.

A special highlight of the session was the appearance of a trained canine assistant 🐕, which made the learning experience even more engaging and memorable while helping students better understand animal care and rescue work.

This inspiring presentation successfully raised awareness across our school community and encouraged students to take action through our upcoming campaign, “Stray Animal Rescue – Adopt, Don’t Buy.” 🌱

🐾 ARTT 貴賓分享｜提升學生對動物救援的關懷意識 🐶🐱

今日，本校非常榮幸邀請到 ARTT 台灣動物救援團隊（Animal Rescue Team Taiwan） 蒞臨校園，為師生帶來一場充滿意義的分享活動。此次活動結合四年級探究單元 「我們如何組織自己（How We Organize Ourselves）」，ARTT 團隊透過真實案例，分享他們在台灣從事流浪貓狗救援、照護與送養的經驗。

透過實際故事與互動說明，學生們深入了解非營利組織如何因應社會需求而成立，以及在救援行動中 團隊合作、責任感與同理心 的重要性 💛。

活動中特別安排了 受過訓練的狗狗助教登場 🐕，讓學生能以更生動、難忘的方式認識動物照護與救援工作，也拉近了孩子與動物之間的距離。

本次分享不僅成功提升全校對動物保護議題的認識，也啟發學生未來行動的動力，並為即將展開的校內倡議活動 「流浪動物救援——以領養代替購買Adopt, Don’t Buy」 奠定良好基礎 🌱。
