🚌 Eton Hill Academy goes to 綠美圖 🏛️ & 臺中海洋館🐟

Our students recently enjoyed an exciting and enriching field trip to 臺中綠美圖 and 臺中海洋館, where learning came to life beyond the classroom!
At 臺中綠美圖, students explored a unique space that combines art, culture, and nature. Surrounded by inspiring architecture and creative exhibits, they had the opportunity to appreciate different forms of art while also enjoying the calming green environment. The visit encouraged students to observe, think creatively, and connect with the world around them in new ways.
The adventure continued at 臺中海洋館, where students were amazed by the wonders of marine life. From colorful fish to fascinating sea creatures, the experience sparked curiosity and excitement. Students learned more about ocean ecosystems, the importance of conservation, and how we can protect our environment.
Throughout the day, students demonstrated enthusiasm, curiosity, and excellent teamwork. Whether they were sharing observations, asking thoughtful questions, or simply enjoying the experience with their peers, it was wonderful to see learning happening everywhere.
This was not just a field trip, it was a meaningful learning experience that truly brought knowledge into the real world.

🎨 Art Museum
Through observation and discussion, students analyzed how artists use different media to express ideas. This helped them develop the ability to think through art, while enhancing their visual literacy and critical thinking skills.
📚 Public Library
Within a rich learning environment, students practiced ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills, particularly in research and information literacy. They explored how to effectively use resources to support inquiry-based learning.
🐠 Aquarium
At 臺中海洋館, students observed diverse marine ecosystems and habitats, connecting classroom science concepts to the real world and deepening their understanding of nature and environmental conservation.
