Yesterday on New Year’s Eve 12/31 we closed the year with a very memorable Open House event at our school. The event was student led and fulfilling the fundamental IB education expectation of student agency. From Elementary department P1 all the way to High School D2, from the individual class presentations to the school wide talent show, the students planned, presented and performed for the parent community and visiting VIP guests .
The start of the event commenced with the warm welcome of the management team from Fulbright Scholars Foundation led by Dr Randall Nadeau . This is a milestone beginning to a great collaboration plan in the immediate future . This visit sets the stage to a lifelong bilateral commitment to nurturing education and developing exchange opportunities between ETON and the US teachers and tertiary education institutions. There’s so much to look forward to. 😄👍
The climax of the event opening was presenting the highest honor of recognition in the commitment and passion towards education , the 2025 ETON MVP Educator Award . The deserving recipient of this year’s award goes to Tr Yifei Bing from our class of P3 . ⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are heaps of event footages to share , each commemorating the occasion of celebration towards the success stories of our students and education team . Behind each achievement though was an enormous amount of hard work, dedication and passion. The applause belongs to the ETON Family . Happy New Year ❤️❤️ and may 2026 bring peace and harmony to this beautiful family and home of ETON 🙏❤️.
