Primary Years Programme
小學部課程標準

The PYP is transdisciplinary, organized around six subject areas: Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, The Arts, and Personal, Social, and Physical Education (PSPE).

 

Learning standards are divided into phases—not fixed by grade level—allowing teachers to select developmentally appropriate expectations based on their Program of Inquiry (POI) and the unique needs of each class. These standards are regularly reviewed and serve as the basis for student report cards.

PYP 採跨學科設計,涵蓋六大領域:語言、數學、自然科學、社會研究、藝術,以及個人、社會與體能教育(PSPE)。學習標準依照「學習階段(Phases)」區分,並非固定對應年級,教師會根據課程探究架構(POI)及學生發展狀況,選取適切標準,每年視學生需求進行調整,並做為學期學習評量依據。

    An inquiry into the nature of self, beliefs and values, health, relationships, and what it means to be human.

    An inquiry into orientation in place and time, personal histories, civilizations, and the interconnectedness of individuals and cultures.

  3. How We Express Ourselves 我們如何表達自己

    An inquiry into the ways we discover and express ideas, feelings, culture, beliefs, and values through language and the arts.

  4. How the World Works 世界如何運作

    An inquiry into the natural world and its laws, scientific principles, the impact of technology, and human understanding of the environment.

  5. How We Organize Ourselves 如何組織自己

    An inquiry into human systems, organizations, economic activities, and decision-making.

    An inquiry into rights and responsibilities, access to resources, conflict resolution, and sustainability.

Middle Years Programme

The MYP is interdisciplinary and structured around eight subject groups: Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, Arts, Physical and Health Education, and Design. Each subject group has subject-specific objectives across four criteria (A–D), which guide both teaching and assessment.

 

These criteria focus on skills such as analysis, communication, reflection, and application, and are used consistently in student evaluations.

MYP 為跨學科課程,分為八個科目群組:語言與文學、語言習得、個人與社會、科學、數學、藝術、體育與健康教育、設計。各學科均依據四大評量準則(A–D)設計教學與評分,例如理解分析、溝通表達、反思應用等核心能力,並以此進行學生學習成果的評估。

The Middle Years Programme (MYP) builds on the inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning of the PYP, while introducing a more interdisciplinary approach. In the MYP, students explore subject areas more deeply, yet continue to make connections across disciplines through at least one interdisciplinary unit each year.

 

Teachers collaborate to help students link knowledge and skills conceptually, fostering critical thinking and supporting the development of the IB Learner Profile.

MYP(中學項目)延續 PYP 的探究式學習精神,從跨學科走向更具深度的跨領域學習。學生在各學科中進行更專精的探究,同時每學年至少參與一個跨學科單元,促進學科知識的整合與應用。

Diploma Programme

The DP is discipline-based and offers a range of subjects in six groups, with students required to take at least one subject from each group.

 

Each subject has a detailed syllabus and assessment criteria aligned with higher education standards. In addition, the DP Core—Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), and the Extended Essay—has its own learning outcomes and performance expectations. Assessments include both internal coursework and externally marked exams.

DP 屬學科導向學程,學生需在六大科目領域中各選一門課程修習,每門課均具明確課綱與對應的學術評量標準,對齊大學入學水準。DP 核心課程(TOK、CAS、拓展論文)亦設有明確學習成果與表現準則,評量包含校內作業與國際統一考試。

The IB Diploma Programme (DP) represents the final stage of the IB continuum and is designed for students aged 16–19. It offers a rigorous, subject-specific curriculum with strong academic depth and breadth. Students choose one subject from each of six groups and engage with the DP core, which consists of Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), and the Extended Essay (EE).

 

While each subject is taught independently, the core components encourage reflection, research, and real-world application, tying together knowledge from different disciplines and preparing students for success at university and beyond. The DP fosters critical thinking, academic honesty, time management, and a commitment to international-mindedness.

IB 大學預科項目(DP)是 IB 課程的最高階段,適合 16–19 歲學生,提供學科導向、學術嚴謹的課程架構,強調深度與廣度並重。學生需從六大科目群中各選一科修習,並完成 DP 核心課程:知識理論(TOK)、創意行動與服務(CAS)、以及拓展論文(EE)。

雖然各學科獨立授課,核心課程鼓勵學生整合知識、進行研究與反思,並將學習應用於真實情境,為大學學習與未來挑戰打下穩固基礎。DP 強調批判思維、學術誠信、時間管理與國際視野的養成。
