南投縣同德國際實驗教育機構學費收取與退費辦法摘要
收費規則
本機構每學期學費包含註冊費、學校圖書館資源及教師教學資源等相關費用；高中學生如符合教育部學費補助資格，其補助金額依相關規定另行辦理，不計入本機構所訂學費中。
學費金額不包含：各年級所需的教科書、線上學習平台、資料庫或學生學習資源、餐費、服裝費、交通費、樂器、學生團體保險等費用，以及戶外教學課程等支出。
學費內容說明（以新台幣計）：
• 一年級到五年級 $217,500 元/學期
• 六年級到九年級 $243,000 元/學期
• 十年級到十二年級 $294,000 元/學期
退費規定
1. 本辦法依學期進行比例，訂定學費減收及退費標準。適用於本機構學生申請退學、休學需辦理退費，或因延後入學申請減收學費之情形。
2. 計算基準
（1）學期起訖日，以本機構行事曆公告之正式上課日起迄日為準。
（2）學期進行比例，以學生提出退學、休學或延後入學申請之日期為基準，按學期總日數計算至三分之一或三分之二之期間。
3. 退費標準
（1）完成註冊後，於開學前申請退學或休學者，學費全額退還。
（2）開學日後未逾學期三分之一申請者，退還已繳學費三分之二。
（3）開學日後逾學期三分之一，未逾學期三分之二申請者，退還已繳學費三分之一。
（4）開學日後逾學期三分之二申請者，不予退費。
延後入學依比例收取學費標準
1. 已完成註冊，於開學日後未逾學期三分之一始入學者，收取全額學費。
2. 開學日後逾學期三分之一，未逾學期三分之二始入學者，收取全額學費三分之二。
3. 開學日後逾學期三分之二始入學者，收取全額學費三分之一。
說明：各學年度第一學期開學日為 8 月 1 日（遇週末假日則順延）。

Summary of Tuition Collection and Refund Regulations
Fee rules
Tuition each semester at this institution covers the registration fee, school library resources and teaching resources. Where a senior-high student qualifies for the Ministry of Education tuition subsidy, that subsidy is handled separately under the relevant regulations and is not counted within the tuition set by this institution.
Tuition does not include: textbooks required at each year level, online learning platforms, databases or student learning resources, meals, uniform, transport, musical instruments, student group insurance and similar fees, or expenditure such as outdoor education courses.
Tuition (in New Taiwan dollars):
• Years 1 to 5: NT$217,500 per semester
• Years 6 to 9: NT$243,000 per semester
• Years 10 to 12: NT$294,000 per semester
Refund rules
1. These rules set the standard for reducing and refunding tuition in proportion to how far the semester has progressed. They apply where a student of this institution applies to withdraw or to take leave of absence and a refund is required, or applies for a reduction in tuition because of deferred entry.
2. Basis of calculation
(1) The start and end dates of a semester are the first and last official teaching days announced in this institution's calendar.
(2) The proportion of the semester that has passed is measured from the date on which the student submits the application to withdraw, to take leave of absence or to enrol late, counted against the total number of days in the semester, to the one-third or two-thirds point.
3. Refund scale
(1) A student who has completed registration and applies to withdraw or to take leave of absence before the semester begins is refunded the full tuition.
(2) A student who applies after the first day of the semester but before one third of the semester has passed is refunded two thirds of the tuition already paid.
(3) A student who applies after one third but before two thirds of the semester has passed is refunded one third of the tuition already paid.
(4) A student who applies after two thirds of the semester has passed is not refunded.
Tuition charged in proportion for deferred entry
1. A student who has completed registration and begins attending after the first day of the semester but before one third of it has passed is charged the full tuition.
2. A student who begins attending after one third but before two thirds of the semester has passed is charged two thirds of the full tuition.
3. A student who begins attending after two thirds of the semester has passed is charged one third of the full tuition.
Note: the first semester of each academic year begins on 1 August; if that falls on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next working day.
