School Fee & Refund Policy
南投縣同德國際實驗教育機構學費收取與退費辦法摘要 ：
🔆收費規則
本機構之學期學費包含：註冊費、學校圖書館與教科書使用、基本文具用品、圖書資源，以及各年級所需的線上學習平台。
學費金額不包含：學校午餐費、交通費、制服費用、樂器費用，以及戶外教學課程等支出。住宿費用為選擇性項目。
學費內容說明（以新台幣計）：
• 小學部 $215,000元/學期
• 中學部 $240,000元/學期
• 高中部 $315,000元/學期
退費規則 ：
1。 本規定依據學期進行的比例核定減收或退費標準實施。此規定適用於本機構學生申請退學、休學需退還學費者、或因延後入學等申請減收學費者。
2。 計算基準
2.1 學期起訖日以本校行事曆所定之正式上課日為準。
2.2 學期進行比例以申請退學或休學日期為基準，計算至學期天數的三分之一或或三分之二。
3。 退費標準
3.1 註冊後開學日前者，全數退還。
3.2 開學日後未逾學期三分之一者，退還三分之二。
3.3 開學日後逾學期三分之一，未逾學期三分之二者，退還三分之一。
3.4 開學日後逾學期三分之二者，不予退費。
4。 延後入學減收學費標準
4.1 已註冊並在開學日之後，未逾學期三分之一者，收取全額學費。
4.2 開學日後逾學期三分之一，未逾學期三分之二者，收取三分之二。
4.3 開學日後逾學期三分之二者，收取三分之一。
5。代收代辦費用處理
5.1 專業課程、實作課程或活動所收取之材料費，依其性質及進行狀況，另行計算退費比例。
5.2 書籍費、學生保險費等其他費用，依相關契約或收費規範處理。
6。 附則
6.1 學校依前項規定減收（退費）時，應發給減收（退費）單據，並列明退費項目及數額。
6.2 本校保留對特殊個案進行個別處理之權利，並以公平合理為原則。
退費規定:
一、學費、雜費及代收代付費(使用費):
(一)註冊後開學日前者,全數退還。
(二)開學日後未逾學期三分之一者,退還三分之二。
(三)開學日後逾學期三分之一,未逾學期三分之二者,退還三分之一。
(四)開學日後逾學期三分之二者,不予退費。
二、代辦費:依收取費用之項目性質及使用情形處理。
Tuition, Miscellaneous Fees, and Collected Payments (eg, Usage Fees):
(1) A full refund will be given if the student withdraws after registration but before the start of the semester.
(2) If the student withdraws after the semester begins but before one-third of the semester has elapsed, two-thirds of the fees will be refunded.
(3) If the student withdraws after one-third but before two-thirds of the semester has elapsed, one-third of the fees will be refunded.
(4) No refund will be issued if the student withdraws after two-thirds of the semester has elapsed.
Incidental Fees:
Refunds will be handled based on the nature of each fee and the extent to which the corresponding services have been used
